• Total Reserved Duration: 100 minutes, including both jump time and party room access. Jumpers may continue jumping until the expiration time printed on their admission sticker. Additional jump time may be purchased at the front counter for 50% off the regular admission price.
• Check-in: The host family who made the reservation must be present to check in the entire party. Host family and guests should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Full remaining party balance is due at check-in. Late arrivals will not result in extended room time.
• Waivers: All guests must complete an online waiver prior to entering the playground using your assigned Party ID (which can be found in the confirmation email). Guests under 18 must have their waivers signed by their parents or legal guardian.
• Room Access & Setup: Your room will be fully cleaned and prepped prior to your start time. Early access to begin decorating is permitted up to 15 minutes prior to your start time, provided the room is clean, vacant, and available. Your designated party host will assist you with setup and decorations once access is granted.
• Food & Entertainment: We partner with a local pizzeria to delivery fresh, hot pizzas directly to your party room. Pizza orders are placed immediately upon your party’s start time. Delivery time vary based on pizzeria availability and high-volume hours; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. A parkwide announcement will be made when your pizzas arrive. Mascot room appearances are subject to availability.
• Room Time Extensions: 15 minutes before your room time ends, your party host will provide a time warning. Additional room time may be purchased at the front desk, subject to availability, for $50 per additional hour on weekdays and $100 per additional hour on weekends.
• Cleanup Window: Decor cleanup begins 5 minutes prior to your end time. Your host will assist with packing up. The room should be fully vacated by the end of the 100-minute window.

PArk policies & decoration rules

• Attire & Outside Food: Lululand jumpsocks are mandatory for all playground participants. Outside food and drinks are permitted strictly inside your designated party room.
• Facility Safety: Alcohol, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, sparklers, and open flames (other than standard birthday candles) are strictly prohibited on the permises.
• Approved Decorations: Tablecloths, centerpieces, tabletop items, and banners attached exclusively with painter’s tape or removable adhesive dots.
• Prohibited Items & Activities: Streamers, glitter, confetti, confetti cannons, silly strings, pinatas (all types), balloon-popping games/pins/stomping, and wall staples or heavy-duty tape.
• Code of Conduct & Guest Behavior: All guests must follow park safety rules and staff instructions. Disruptive, aggressive, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow facility policies by host of guests may result in immediate termination of the party without a refund.
